The judge said the defendant is not under the influence of any medication or substance, and the offence carries a maximum penalty of five years’ imprisonment.

The court also handed the case to a local court for sentencing.

The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Michael D'Agnes.

The defendant, who was a 35-year-old engineer, was found guilty by Judge Campbell on November 15, 2018.

The judge told the defendant: “You are not under the influence of any medication or substance, and the offence carries a maximum penalty of five years’ imprisonment.

“The drug is sold only by prescription from a doctor, and the case has been registered with the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).”
